On Farming Satisfactions

Greetings Readers

The success of this farming season is now largely defined. The calves and lambs will have been counted and the success of last years mating and this springs weather effects will be evident.

In most dairy regions fifty percent of the seasons milk will have been produced and prospects for this seasons silage and hay known.

Good pasture growing seasons with adequate stock numbers are one of the infrequent pleasures of pastoral farming.

Economics aside, the satisfaction of a walk on a sunny day through thriving stock grazing pasture that is visibly growing is a satisfaction indeed

Life is good - take the satisfaction.

Good farming
