USDA Market News - IMPORT BEEF TRADE Thursday, Sep 25, 2003
(Australia and New Zealand)- Compared to Friday, import boneless beef followed the domestic boneless beef market and traded at lower prices. This was mainly due to very light grinding demand from both fast food and retail. In addition, the lower trend was in spite of very light offerings from overseas. The top side of the range was done early in the week, with today's trading being done at the bottom side.
