(Australia and New Zealand) - Compared to Friday, import boneless beef prices on 95% bull meat firm to 2.50 higher. Lean 90% and 95% cow trimmings mostly 2.00-3.00 higher and other trimmings steady to firm on moderate demand.
Offerings from Australian and New Zealand starting to turn light as slaughter numbers become seasonally light. With the domestic lean market sharply higher compared to import meat, good movement and very good interest noted.
