US import Beef market fails to stir

Higher domestic cow meat supplies, weak domestic demand and excess inventories moved beef import prices lower this week. Prices for Australian 90CL beef delivered to the US east coast fell 8¢ to 288A¢/kg, down 29% (120A¢) on last year and the lowest price in over three years.
